Stopped by here after a long day of work and honestly Diana made my night she was remarkably nice and answered all my questions and didnt make me feel bad about it. I normally get that stares But some guy believe his name was Darnell? Was rude to me and I got very bad vibes from him. He looks like he hated me just because i walked in. But Diana made my visit better with her good customer service and quick service. Food was very good and and it was nice and clean establishment.
Martha Hernandez, the General Manager was very rude and disrespectful to a few customers I didn’t observe the customer doing anything that Warranted her attitude. As a General Manager she should try more to show leadership and de-escalate any situation, not talk rude and talk at her customers. I hope that @subway will have a conversation with this General Manager and talk to her about Leadership and respecting her customers.
