Aurora is very rude to her customers. I observed her as I was waiting to be served. Her customer service is the worse! A guy asked for a straw didn’t even acknowledge him, just grabbed it and gave it to him without saying a word. Not even a here you go sir.. he said thank you and she didn’t even respond with mannerism. I’m glad I was not helped by her!
