Did an online order, they couldn’t find it but was quick to do it right away.
The server made an honest mistake when he looked at my crumpled up coupon. By the time I realized he was making a footlong and my coupon was for a 6in combo, he was half way done with my sandwich. Great guy recognized the error and said it was his mistake, not to worry. But just then the owner came in with another employee and told him that he would have to pay the difference out of his pocket. I was disgusted, and told her so.
