Sushi Kaneyoshi Reviews

Parking/Entry: Use the Kajima building structure (address in email). Go to the 2nd-floor glass doors, then take the middle elevator to the basement.

Sushi Kaneyoshi offers an exceptional dining experience with a focus on quality and attention to detail. The restaurant's ambiance is designed to enhance the culinary experience, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a unique and memorable meal. The omakase menu features a variety of dishes, including the standout Hokkaido sardines, as well as seared nigiris and an amazing ankimo hand roll. The subtle creativity of each course is perfectly stimulating, and the delicate freshness of ingredients is delightful. With limited seating, reservations are essential, but the wait is well worth it. While the price tag may be steep, the high-quality food and service make it a worthwhile splurge for special occasions. The food reflects a Japanese palette, offering a variety of tastes and textures that may surprise some diners. Parking is available in the same building lot, and the restaurant shares a lobby with its sister spot, Bar Sawa.
