Chef Shin and his wife are phenomenal hosts. The full omakase is unique and beautifully presented by the chef. Furthermore, Shin does his best to impress every customer, while describing the dish and even showing pictures of the fish prior to preparing. Our favorite Omakase. You will not only try sushi that you've probably never had, but you will also learn about the fish and Chef Shin and his wife Minh always make for a fantastic dining experience. We are so lucky to have Sushi Miyagi on the westside. If you love Edomae sushi, this is a meal not to be missed!
