“This is another one of those remodeled cozy sized Taco Bell locations located in a very clean and calm part of the city of Los Angeles; Eagle Rock. I have been visiting the area recently for cycling and haven't noticed any bad apples yet. According to Google maps there are also no street gangs in the vicinity.

I recommend dining in for a peaceful quiet meal. The dining area is very small as seen in the photos and the restroom is surprisingly cleaner than most. I also love how my food was as fresh as it can get. I ordered a Double Decker taco since it's back for a limited time and it tasted like it was made seconds before I took the first bite. 🌮“

“I placed an order on the app on Monday, everything was delicious but the cinnamon twist was off that day. I left feedback on the app and on Wednesday, Maria(I believe either store manager or manager on duty) called me in regards to the app review. I was really surprised, never had an actual location reach out after leaving app feedback, most companies just send a generic email. This really goes to show that Taco Bell corporate is reading feedback and the employees at the store level are following up, this is really awesome especially for a fast food restaurant as big as a Taco Bell! “I ordered the two chicken quesadillas those are my favorites to eat always they're always good and they're always perfect while I was there the store employee was semi quicker he was on points with asking me what I wanted for sauce and any other accessories or anything else I wanted to eat with he did try it upsell rare to see now a days there is small free parking lot you can park in there's two entrances on both sides of the parking lot it's kind of small so it can be tight especially when there's a long line of cars in the drive thru

Parking: There is two entrances for this parking lot it is semi small and when there's a long line to drive through it makes it difficult to pull in and out but it's a free parking lot you probably won't be able to find parking but usually that doesn't last long

Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter the store via the wheelchair ramp self-explanatory there's one entrance or two possibly I don't know but you can definitely get in there with your wheelchair if you need to“

“I think credit needs to be given when it’s due. Cashier was super nice and greeted me from the moment I opened the door. The food worker she was so nice and gave me my food and smiled. Might be Taco Bell but still giving better service than some high end restaurants.“

“This used to be quite literally the worst Taco Bell in the United States. One time my girlfriend and I fell asleep in the drive-thru while we were buzzed tryna score a fourth meal. We woke up and hadn't moved, it sounds like a joke, but I assure you that it isn't.

BUT EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!

I don't know what happened, maybe it's under new management and there was a lot of turnover with the employees or something. The service is actually fast now, no longer is the time it takes me to get my food enough time to do my taxes while I wait. The employees (in all of my recent experiences) are quite friendly and competent. I feel like taco bell is infamous for messing up orders or forgetting to put things (like sauce or napkins) in your bag. Not this taco bell. This taco bell gives Mexican American cuisine a good name. If you want some supreme value, hit this mf up ASAP.

Vegetarian options: There's plenty to enjoy at Taco Bell even if you're a vegetarian. I recommend the bean burritos, and some pintos & cheese with some tortilla chips on the side. Slappin'!“

“Wow. So amazing to have someone in the other side of the speaker who is listening and cares.

The gentleman taking the order was super nice and very efficient. He made sure to put in the bag all the requests made even though I had to pull up to the front and wait and a different employee had walked out the order. Obviously the request I had made to the drive thru attendant had been thoroughly relayed to the employee packaging the order and walking it out.

The food was made perfect and put together with care.

“This is one of the best Taco Bells I have eaten at, and I've had Taco Bell in countless cities across more than 20 states.I custom-order my whole meal, and everything was made perfectly and nearly. I wish I'd taken pictures, because they could've been in a commercial. Everything was delicious and the staff were super nice!I'm saving this in my favorite places so I can make sure to eat here again some time.

There are two gender neutral bathrooms which are both wheelchair accessible. The layout is very open, although there are some lanes or corners that might be tight to navigate. There are plenty of tables that could accommodate a wheelchair and only two long bar-style tables that would not.“
