“After coming here for about two decades, i don't know what's going on with the service, but despite all these machines and less interaction with the people, I still got lip service from one of the workers. I saw them with my food order. And they had it for a while. My app said it was ready about 9 minutes prior. But I wasn't sure if there really was my order because I thought since this worker was by the drive-thru window, maybe it was for someone else. And then she finally came up to me saying , or rather asking me if I'm waiting for an order? I told them yes it was that one that they had in the hand and they had it there with them for a while. Then she mumbled under her breath , and then turned away and walked away. Time for some retraining of the employees!“
“I went into today trying to order a modified power bowl (to keep it a little healthier). I wasn’t doing my best to explain what I was trying modify and there was a slight communication barrier (with how i sounded over the mic + some small language barriers between us). I was told up to pull up front to complete the order and they were so kind and accommodating! :) Very happy with the service from Vanessa C.!“
“The food was prepared fast, there were at least 7-8 cars in front of me but were serviced really fast. Jasmin at the window took my order fast and efficiently with no mistakes, she spoke clearly and read back my order to confirm. At the window she had a great attitude and a very welcoming smile. Would definitely go ba k to this location based upon the great level of customer service provided“
