Great local spot after work to grab a quick bite. Visited the place in late evening, the food was great. Tortilla were made fresh as you ordered. The drink like the jamaica/ hibiscus was just right, not too sweet.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guisados on Cesar E Chavez Ave, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant's commitment to authentic Mexican flavors and quality ingredients truly stood out. The atmosphere at Guisados is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a delightful meal. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations. Their dedication to customer service added to the overall positive experience.

Food was delicious! The handmade tortilla was my favorite. That's definitely what makes these tacos one of a kind. I recommend The Sampler, it's 6 mini tacos. The agua de jamaica with lemonade (agua de lemon) was delicious. The staff were patient and helpful. We visited on Saturday morningish so we found street meter parking but I can see parking bring a tricky situation in peak hours.
