Bomb!! I was craving some tacos and didn't think I would find a taco truck around lunch time but glad I drove past Tacos Manuel. I ordered tacos de asada and they are delicious. Traditional two tortilla tacos with cilantro and onions. I tried their red salsa, spicy, and avocado one, yummy. I ordered 4 tacos and want another 2! Still my favorite tacos after 7 years. I always stop by this taco truck if I'm in Orange County. I had the salsas wrong in my first review. The green salsa has habanero so that's their spiciest. The avocado salsa is their mild which is my favorite since I can't handle heat and the red salsa is medium heat. Thankfully after coming to Knotts the first time now they became regulars at work and we absolutely love them. I grab tacos at least once a week and they are bomb every time! Workers bust out tacos for us quickly so we have time to enjoy our lunch. On Tuesdays we talk about hopefully they are outside which they usually are now. Will definitely keep buying tacos and horchata
