This location was beautiful. First off, you have to make sure you are willing to pay for parking if you are over the validation limit. And as soon as you enter the doors, there's a concierge who takes your party number and then send you up the stairs. There is also an elevator too because there was a lot of stairs to climb if you're not able to. Going down there's an escalator as well. Love the Cheesecake Factory, one of my favorite spots. Came with a big group of 15 and the server handled it wonderfully. Had to wait awhile to be seated but there’s so much to do in the area in the meantime like the world market and lots of shopping nearby. Burger patty could be bigger but I still love this place

Easy choice for a casual meal. This place delivers what is to be expected from a Cheesecake Factory. The balcony space is nice (for parties 4 or less). I was delightfully surprised with how good the Grilled Steak Medallions (Skinnylicious Menu) are. Would definitely reorder that when visiting again.
