All I have to say is this: There is another Mediterranean/Mexican fusion in another part of East Los. THAT place gets a .25 of a star compared to this gem. Do yourself a favor. If you want that Mex/Med fusion you HAVE to come here. I had the Kebab burrito w/chile rojo and it's been on my mind ever since.
I was a little skeptical, I'm not going to lie but I love Mexican food and I love Mediterranean food as well and I knew the flavors would go perfectly together. I was NOT disappointed. I got the loaded LA kebab burrito with kofta and it was packing with flavor! The salsas were perfect to add the spicy kick to every bite and the tzatziki was a great addition to freshen everything up. Highly recommend this place! I'm going back for the Fried Greekadillas! I went to Tirzah’s for the first time today and I have been wanting to come for years! Don’t wait! Go now! It was very delicious! I got the LA burrito and my friend got the chili relleno burrito and she said it was awesome! The chili relleno is a Friday only burrito just fyi. I can’t wait to go again and try something from the Mediterranean part of the menu.
