I've been here many times and the ramen is always awesome. Last night perhaps a bit more garlicky than I'd like, but hey, I did get the garlic option and they happily added a bit more broth for me. Servers are smiling, helpful, and pleasant. I'll be back, and with an abundance of options of places, many closer, to go for ramen, that I return is very telling.
Delicious noodles! LOTS of garlic but it was delicious. Menu is a bit small but all is perfectly made. The annex is small and limited seating but the bar was nice for a group of 3. No alcohol tho if you want Japanese beer
Still the best tsukemen hands down.
Yes the broth thick,
yes the ramen is al dente,
