One of my fam's absolute favorites. One of the best pizzas I've had, if not the best. The crust is great and thin. It's a very flavorful sourdough based crust. All of the pieces are fired up in a wood, brick oven, mounted on their truck. I grab a pizza every chance I get, if they're somewhere nearby. I've tried their pepperoni, three cheese, and margherita. The food truck was at my place of employment today and I didn't pack a lunch so I decided to try the cheese pizza. Absolutely delicious . The price was a little over the top ($17) but I guess not having to go out made it a little worth the price. Love the brick oven cooked and thin crust. Very tasty!

We had the Vivace Pizza truck at our wedding for late night food and it was a HUGE hit! The pizzas were so delicious!! Our guests were impressed with the truck, their setup is self contained and perfect for catering. We opted for larger pizzas with slices to hand out to guests, which most mobile Pizza options do not do.
