The donuts and sandwiches are awesome. Often, there a few individuals begging for money.But the service is the greatest problem here because there are only a few employees who speak or understand English. We've gotten very good service from the manager, who understands the customers. But unless you point to the item, you're liable to get the wrong order.
I had a good experience at Winchell’s. The lady who served me didn’t speak much English, but I tried to use my little Spanish to tell her what I wanted. She was very helpful and understood me well. She got me my order fast, even though the store was busy. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I got two donuts and an Oreo iced coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh. Normally l order a tuna sandwich, always very good, but this time l ordered donuts, they were very hard,harder then a rock she put in the microwave to make it soft, actually it made worst, seems like the boss was not in that day?
