Yes it is in a strip mall...but a West Hollywood strip mall. Food and portion size are good including the appetizers. Lunch specials are my favorite. Plus a good happy hour. Out door patio seating is available and close to other West Hollywood destinations. Food was pretty good. Ordered shrimp Lo Mein and broccoli beef. Beef was cooked well but the Lo Mein wasnt fully stirred some parts of the noodles didn’t have sauce. Service felt a bit rushed but not bad.
