“The owner of Du Ciel made our baby shower cake. We had a Little Dumpling theme and she made a beautiful cake that looks like a dumpling basket with little sugar dumplings on top. It was so beautiful and delicious. She was also just really nice and easy to talk to. She came in on a day her shop was closed just to give us our cake as fresh as possible. Thank you so much! Would definitely go here again!“

“More than a bakery it looks like a boutique. With prices to match. Unfortunately while the cakes look great the quality was not there. Got an almond croissant and a chocolate croissant. Both were dry. Service was not on par either 3 minutes until someone asked what I was looking for and they were not “

We also received lots of compliments from guests that the cake was moist and delicious. The bakery is responsive and very easy to work with. “My wife and I have been going to La Patisserie Bakery for years. We love their cookies, lemon bars, pastries, tarts, cakes, etc. Their version of the following... French Napoleon: Puff pastry filled with creamy custard and raspberry preserve (5/5). By far the best that we've had at any bakery. The flakiness of the pastry, but that layer of raspberry preserve has elevated their version above others. They have a similar one at SBF, but it's not the same. The flakey top is not as good as La Patisserie. Persian Napoleon: Layered puff pastry filled with light cream (4/5). Guava Cake: Guava filled and iced with guava mousse, topped with a thin layer of guava glaze (4/5). This is delicious, light, airy cake, with the creamy guava and glaze which is not too sweet. Burnt Almond: Vanilla and chocolate cake filled with Amaretto custard filling, iced with whipped cream, and topped with candied almonds (4/5). Black Forest: Chocolate cake filled with custard and cherry preserve, iced with whipped cream, and topped with Maraschino cherries (4/5).“

“New panderia alert! The owner has trained and made pan with other great bakers throughout the area. This place is delicious and a great addition to the neighborhood. Their tres leches cake is soft and moist, not overly wet. Always fresh bread available!“

“Ordered a full sheet chocolate hazelnut mousse cake for a special retirement party at work. It was magnificent! It looked stunning and also tasted wonderful with rave reviews from everyone who had some. The retiree took home 4 pieces! Also a shout out to the person who personalized the cake. I gave her a tough task and she did an amazing job. People at the shop with whom I consulted were also wonderful, it was ready exactly when they said it would be, and they helped me carry this very large(!) cake to my car. Now everyone wants it for their retirement party.“

“Had the most delicious and beautifully rustic two-tier cake!! There were very few to no regrets my husband and I had from our wedding, but one of them was that we wish we had more cake :P Both the Lemon cake with Strawberries and the Chocolate Chip cake were perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We received many compliments from our guests saying this was one of the BEST wedding cakes they've ever had, including my brother/Man of Honor who is a baker/picky eater! “I booked Nermana for my son's first birthday. I had the theme "the wild one." I was very impressed with how cute everything came out. The cake looked just like the reference picture I gave her. The cupcakes also came out really good. I did red velvet for both the cake and the cupcakes. Both came out delicious, my only critique is that I think the frosting could have used more of a cream cheese flavor. Nonetheless, it was still delicious and everyone ate everything at the party! Nermana was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with my pick up date. I would definitely use her again!“

“Baskin Robbins has been a favorite go to since childhood for an ice cream craving but recently I've been ordering their ice cream cakes for special occasions and they are always a huge hit with everyone. They are not overly sweet but still so delicious and a nice switch up from a regular cake. They have so many cute decorations and themes, especially for the holidays. They are a little on the pricey side in my opinion but for an occasional treat, I think it's a nice way to go for something a bit different than your traditional sheet cake from the grocery store or bakery.
