“One of the favorite drive thru , they always are very comforting with the customer , less wait time and easy grab and go. I have been to this place for the past two years and I would like to take this Starbucks wherever I go , that’s how amazing they are ❤️“
“I like Starbucks and go to many different stores. There are more takeout customers here than other stores, so it's crowded. The inside of the store is small.
Most of the employees are friendly and this is one of my favorite stores.“
“Centrally located located at the corner of Homestead Rd and Grant Road, baristers attend you with a friendly smile, and it's a safe atmosphere, Wi-Fi access as well, within walking distance to the supermarket, Longs drugstore, Wells-Fargo Bank, Peets coffee, and other business around the shopping center, only drawback; very limited parking available, most people use their parking lot to shop somewhere else, highly recommended

“I went to Safeway Los Gatos today. I pay my items at the self service machine. I start scanning my items then the machine voice kept telling me to remove the items in the baggage. So I put my item in the other side of the machine and continue scanning. But the machine still telling me to remove it. So I called for help. I lady came and scan her ID. She asked me if I can all the items in my grocery bag. I said yes, so he left. So I continue to scan the last Item which is the cherries, that costs me 19 bucks. Then I proceeds to pay it. After I pay and have my receipt, I Look at it and call back the lady to help cuz the other items didn’t registered? Then she start yelling at me. She said that she asked me if the items in the bag’s already scan? Which I answered her yes, because It’s true that I did scan it, but didn’t know it wasn’t ho through. So I told her that okay Im sorry I didn’t know, and just help me to do something so I can pay it. She brought me to the other machine and she start scanning it and she still mad. When everything ready to pay. I put my card. Then something pop up on the screen and I cannot continue. The machine is little higher than me, so I can’t see what is it. So I asked her what is it! She lower it and said it’s questioner. She hit the number 10. Then I asked her oh.. is that a survey question? She said yes and I click cancel. So I told her NO.. you click the 10. What a liar! After she yell at me she think she deserves 10? Well it’s not about the survey for me it’s about how she handled the situations. I didn’t even realized how easy it is to solve. If I know that I will just to scan again the items that not registered the first time and pay it, I should do it myself and not bother her. But my brain didn’t work that time. My BAD!!“
“Staff was very nice, and the order came out in LESS THAN 10 SECONDS after taking my order. Atmosphere was great, counters and tables were clean. The only issue was my drink came out a bit overfilled. What I mean is if you opened it, the drink would spill. So I couldn’t really stir it well. Other than that the service was great :)“
