“It would be great if they actually provided the service people ordered or if they actually moved a little faster in the drivethru, I come and order the same thing, and when I say extra caramel, that means extra caramel... how are you giving me a caramel Frappuccino that tastes like coffee?! It's supposed to be sweet not to mention I'm supposed to see that caramel drizzled all over my cup!! It's like they can't do simple things .. now granted if they work there longer they do a better job but if they're new honey, your order will definitely come out wrong... BUT LONG LINES FOR SURE !“
