First time eating at this location. I got the new shredded chicken, cheese, and rice bowl for $5. With how expensive everything is these days, I was honestly expecting a small portion when I went to pick it up. I think the portion size that I received was definitely a fair amount of food for $5. Everything seemed pretty fresh and while it was a short interaction during pick up, everyone behind the counter was friendly and seemed attentive to the guest.
I highly recommend THIS El Pollo Loco. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, efficient, high energy, fast service, and not to mention food tastes fresh and flavorful. Greeted as soon as I entered the building and very clean. It was nice to feel welcomed.

This is one of the best El Pollo Loco I have ever had. I had stopped going to El Pollo Loco because at other locations, they are not that clean and always have an odor.
