Great food and large portions.
I wanted to say THANK YOU to this amazing El Pollo Loco employee and really all of the staff there. I placed an order online for a friend event, I had an emergency happen and wasn't able to get to the restaurant for like an hour. Without even asking he said, I'm worried that your food won't be good now, and was willing to remake my whole meal. This honestly meant SO MUCH to me.
