“My family loved this wonderful Mexican Restaurant that we found while exploring Manhattan Beach! I had the shrimp tacos, and they were perfect. The flavor was excellent! We also loved the salsa, chicken tortilla soup, and the tacos and enchiladas. The folks who run this restaurant are the most friendly and provide the most amazing service! We will definitely be back! Thank you Jose (the owner) and Rosario (our server)!!“
“Definitely a 5/5 experience overall. My wife and I ordered:- Mushroom Choriqueso: the chips it came with were freshly delicious. The size of the bowl the dip came in was just right. The dip was not too oily. Also came with a small salsa, though it needed something more solid in it.- Dos Gringas (al pastor tacos): the highlight were the tortillas - perfection! Lots of meat. Lots of delicious sauce though a bit too much- Mexican Kale Salad: I’d say this salad is more American than Mexican. For my wife this dish was perfect though for me it was too subtle, though still very good- El Verde mocktail - perfection & refreshing. Try it- Chef Jose’s flan with rompope - seriously the best flan ever. You can taste the alcohol from the rompope, which complements the flan. A serious must try!Our server was great, though they overall were grabbing our old dishes too quickly. The place has nice private booths.“
“Great experience. Great service. Great atmosphere. Fast and convent. Remember to put money in meter. Parking enforcement is there especially around 9pm or right before. Don't have to pay after 9pm. They will ticket you at 8;58pm.Parking: In front of restaurant Remember to put money in meter“
“My photos don't render justice to the meals and ambiance we had. We were referred there from Antonio to try that place and it was worth it. All the plates served on our table were excellent. Felt like home with more services:) With the little knowledge I have on the resto offers in Segundo, if you are looking for authentif Mexican dishes, go there. You won't regret it for the price.“
“If you come here for anything aside from the breakfast special, you're probably 21, killing time before your drive home from work, or trying to recapture your youth. Sharkeez has great service, great deals and good food. They have ridiculous happy hour specials. If you come at night it's a whole other story, but that's on the clientele and not the staff. The rise and shine special is a blessing.“
“Quick was the name of this five star.Quick seat for a Saturday night in this small little dig.Quick service with chips and salsa and drinks.Quick order taking.Quick food to table. But food didn't taste fast. It was great and my family of 6 was satisfied!(Chicken tortilla is one of my wife's favorites but she didn't care for this variation. Other than that, El Sombrero for a win.)“
“You can't beat the beach for the atmosphere. We meet here once a month for breakfast. The breakfast burritos are very good. I had the breakfast sandwich today, and it was also good. I regularly ride my bike to El Porto and have eaten here many times. A good place to stop for the snack or drink.“
“Found Pachanga by chance visiting our nephew who flew in from Panama he was one of the pilot's he had layover till following morning. We literally drove over an hour to visit him. To take him out to eat. We drove up and down the street and found Pachanga a small little place hidden in a little shopping area. I ordered the chicken shredder it was very good the others ordered tacos which they enjoyed. If ever I return to this area. I will for sure stop at Pachanga's. Diffenetly a THUMBS UP.....“
“Don't order from Door dash they mark up the prices over 30%. The breakfast burrito from here is great. They have a regular and a large one. Door dash will charge you more for the regular size on their app than the restaurant will charge for the large one in person. So if you want to order pick up just call ahead.“
“My son and I were in the mood for food and he mentioned a place we had never been... Tacolicious. They had catered to one of his summer skate camps and so he had tried their food before. Time for Dad to give them a shot too. The location is awesome. The staff was super nice. Great vibe. Clean and quick joint. Plenty of drink options. Look, I'm a guy who gladly exchanges money for quality. And almost $8 for a taco near the ocean would work IF they weren't so small. I mean, there was more onion than protein. They left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. I am an accountant and business owner and fully get the overhead deal. But this felt exorbitant. That's my only ding. A great place to meet with a guest/buddy/date for lunch. I will be back. The tacos were delicious! As were the chips. Great if the person who puts the onions on the tacos switches with the person who puts the protein on the tacos.“
“Tasty food. Stopped on our way back from the airport. Had mexican pizza without the meat. Huge portions,, could have split this and been plenty. Ordered a side of guacamole, which complimented the dish nicely. A few fun decorations around, but get the sense their main business is takeout and delivery.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options on the menu.“
“Our waiter was friendly and fantastic. The venue itself is very cool. But cool in temperature too. The whole front of the place is open with no wall and we had to keep our jackets on the whole time. The food was very tasty and we loved the trio of guacamole. The filet tacos were too smokey flavored. We finished with the flan and it was amazing. Big enough to share!“
