“I ate here for the first time tonight and the food made me sad.

It made me sad that I have never been here before. I phoned in and ordered a chimichanga for pickup, which comes with a choice of soup or salad. The interior was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly. I got home and opened the bag to find they included a generous amount of chips. The chimichanga was smothered in red sauce and the shredded beef was seasoned amazingly. It came with a side of rice and beans, which I thought was excessive at first. Once I took a bite, I changed my mind. These were the best refried beans I've ever had! The salsa was also incredible. I opted for the soup, albondigas, which I saved for later as I cannot eat one more bite. This order can easily make for 2 servings, if you have any self control... I do not.“

“Stopped by for dinner, not our first time, and forsure not our last. The crispy fish tacos here are amazing!!! The tacos are packed and taste great with guacamole. The burrito was large and filling. The loaded quesadilla has drag large pieces of chicken and a great sized meal. The service was great and we felt appreciated as customers.“

“If you guys ever go here, try the Dorado, which is hardshell tacos, either Asada, lengua or whatever meat you want with everything on it and it’s so good. I used to go here religiously during high school but I go here once every other week still pretty fire. The OG’s are still working since 2012.
That is nice, but they are busy so sometimes you know it’s hard to mess with the Customer Service. English is not there but if you speak, Spanish is a plus

also there’s free parking. You go night time just be careful and lock your door.there is a lot homeless people around there asking for money. They used to be 24 seven but now they close pretty early they’re like 9 PM or 10 PM on the weekdays if it’s slow.“

Parking: Lots restaurants share parking here. Stonefire Grill, Mashawi Grill, Kozo Sushi and other cafes surrounding, but always get a spot...may not be right in front of Rubio's , but the food and outstanding salsa bar makes it worthwhile!“

“Our kids sent us here... it was their favorite taco place in college at LMU. We both had the fish tacos. Each taco contained a full fresh fish fillet! They were delicious. The taco chips were special... each chip a full round tortilla, fried to order and served piping hot with salsa. Service was very friendly. I'd love to return.“
