“My wife and I come to this location often. We come to this location specifically because the staff are so caring, nice and the service is outstanding! Our favorite waitress is a young lady named Jocelyn My 6 yr old granddaughter loves her and loves coming here. Jocelyn always makes sure she makes herself available to take a picture with our granddaughter everytime we go. All of the staff are very nice and that all starts at the top. The management/owners are very attentive and hardworking. This El torito location should be the example of excellence to all the other El toritos in the southbay. “The brunch is amazing!!!!! The food is fresh and they have shrimp!!!!! The waiters are pleasant and Ivan the host is friendly and has knowledge about all of the food. The waiter who took our orders was Higinio was great to get our extra sauces and bring us delicious drinks...keep them coming....from the food to the service and the location no complaints about this location........thank you for a wonderful experience and meal..........“

The Dessert - try the cookie thar pairs with the Guava Ice cream.... or the creamy flan. First Date type of place. Parking below is free. “I was craving chilaquiles and I was not finding that fire ? on the westside. SoI took a trip to torrance and this did not disappoint i had the chilaquiles with red salsa de Arbol ( super spicy) with refried beans and all the toppings! Really friendly service and plenty of great options! I recommend you try the sauce which they offer before you commit! Me encanto muy autentico“
“The little Mexican in the back was able to make me a delicious half and half. Will be coming back for more. Rosa is also kind and very friendly.Vegetarian options: If you ask for no meat just veggies, the chef will grab what he can to make you something delicious off the top of his head“
“This is not my first time here,I have been here many times before . This is my first disappointment. On Wednesday, March 13th around 8pm it was 1 customer in the restaurant. I ordered nachos and a torta, to go. When I opened the container it was covered with onions and cheese (where's the beef?) .I saved the torta for my lunch. Again (where's the beef?) And it was burnt bread . What a disappointment ?.“
“We came here for my mother's birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. To start with: they allow pets. Our dog is a senior pup who has extreme separation anxiety. We adore him so much, and we were so happy to experience the restaurants fantastic atmosphere with him. Talking about ambiance, it's very relaxing with slow music. If you sit inside, you'll get a bustling restaurant, however if you sit out doors you'll get the nice beach breeze to accompany you. As for the service: absolutely amazing. They were so quick to take our order and made us feel welcomed. On top of this, they were accommodating to my small request of having red sauce instead of green sauce. If you have children, they are more than welcome to accommodate to them too. The food came in a timely manner. It was hot and fresh, definitely made here at the restaurant. My enchiladas were deliciously creamy and hot. My sister's dish (carnitas with red rice) was also magnificent. However, my mom (which is the whole reason we came here) said that her enchiladas with green sauce was not up to par with her standards. Her family is from Mexico, so she insisted that the green sauce is not authentic. Despite this, she loved loved LOVED the nachos she ordered and rates a 4 star. But for my review I'm giving it a 5! Green sauce aside, everything else was superb. I will be coming again. Quick note: they host some very fun events here as well. You can check them out when you come. I 100% recommend coming here. If you love Mexican food and need a place to come with family or friends, give this place a chance.“
“I was recommended to Los Chilaquiles , man oh man! The best! I get the habanero spicy green chilaquiles with carnitas and refried beans , fire!! I'm picky with refried beans but theirs are good! They have good flavor. I eat half of it in the morning and the other half at night lol it's a good amount of food.“
“Pretty delicious. We requested easy cheese because in the past, things were absolutely swimming in cheese. Happy to report they made it with less cheese but it tasted just as good without all the extra goo. I've only gotten pick up. They were extremely busy, especially the tiny bar area, but I don't remember waiting too long. Friendly staff. Getting pricey, though.“
“Oh my goodness, such good food! After a very early morning flight from DFW to LAX, we needed a place where we could get breakfast or lunch. Snax was FABULOUS! 2 in our group had patty melts and raved about them. One had an omelet. One had eggs benedict. One had blueberry pancakes. All were delicious. I had the machaca (I think) burrito. Oh my, so good!Definitely recommend.“
“Hydro by a few times a week never thought of going to the restaurant I take my daughter to the therapy right across the street so I decided to try out the restaurant the restaurant is very clean the waitress was really nice took her time taking our order brought the food on time we didn't have to wait that long she made us feel really comfortable she was talking to us about what is good here to eat we got the shrimp soup and a quesadilla I have to say the soup caldo was really good it had me fool for a while I will definitely come back again and eat“

It was such a delicious joy to come here and have lunch today and have such a friendly staff Welcome me. Wahoo is still the best fish taco place I've ever had outside of Baja California.“
“We came here for lunch. Our server was very friendly with a nice smile each time she came by to check on us. They have a lunch menu with a decent amount of food for the price. I also liked that they have a vegetarian section. I had the Taco Vegano Baja. It was pretty good. The complimentary chips came with two sauces. The red one had a good depth of flavor.“

“We got a dog and I have been stopping at LBJ for takeout on our walks. Its just a way for me to save time by killing two birds with one stone. The new cashier they hired, Carmen, is so lovely and kind! She offers to bring my food outside to me since I cant bring my puppy inside or leave her unattended. Carmen is a fellow animal lover and is always happy and smiling. What a fantastic addition to the team!The food is still good and the consistency in quality has improved as well.“
“Found this little cute place after reading the review. My family and I just finished our lunch at a nearby ramen place but decided to grab something small to try. (Meaning we weren't fully satisfied with the ramen portions! ?) The owner only knows minimum English but she was super friendly. We ordered 2 of the combo of 3 carne asada tacos with a soda for only $4.99! Where can you find this great deal nowadays?! The food was delicious and even though we just had lunch, we couldn't wait to try it. The meat was nicely cooked and juicy and I loved the pickled vegetables!! The service was fast, but we went there around 2pm on Sat and not sure about how it goes during lunch time. Will definitely visit again with an empty stomach and try different food there.“

“They have good food for a reasonable price only thing that is bad is their tacos the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. There was no flavor to the tacos I think they must have forgot to season the meat or something they were just so blah. Even with salsa on them it didn't help. And I know a couple of guys that are Mexican and they even say it's the worst tacos they've ever had they will never get tacos there again and I know other people my friends and stuff that don't like their tacos. But they're enchiladas cheese chips all their other food is very good and they have the best flan of any Mexican restaurant that I know. And especially 100% better than La Capillas Mexican restaurant in downtown Torrance.“

“Taco Tuesday specials for the win!Tuesdays are my favorite days to go visit here because they have some amazing specials. They have Elote Corn for $3, Street Tacos for $5 and Queso Tacos for $6. The tacos come with 2 tacos each!The Elote Corn is a yummy treat. I love how the Mexican corn is topped with creamy Mayo and chili powder. For $3 it's just the right size and leaves you some room to eat their tacos ;).The tacos here are a must and most especially during Taco Tuesday. I really like the Queso Tacos. I've gotten chicken and carne asada and both meats are on point. They're perfectly tender and nicely marinated. With the melted cheese and flavored meat; these tacos are quite the treat.Taco Tuesday or not though; I definitely like this place and wouldn't mind eating here any day of the week ;).“
“So there's no physical location for this place; the directions were very confusing but there was a sign on the door of Veggie Grill that read that pick-up for Vegan Bowls For All & Mas Veggies Vegan Taqueria would be located at the veggie grill register! That part was confusing! I think the app should have told me that beforehand bc I was going to stop in at Veggie Grill to ask if they knew where Mas Veggies was. There's plenty of parking in front; it's free. It's a vast space of many stores & restaurants so there's plenty of space to park. The interior is very well spaced, with ample seating available. My order was ready within 10 minutes of me placing it!The burrito was AMAAAAAAZING. Even though it was huge, I was able to cleanly eat it while driving to university. It was wrapped really well, lol, because it didn't come apart on me or my clothes or the interior of my car. I would definitely recommend this place for take-out!!!!!!!“

“It's like I was part of Steve's family, I came over, and he made me a meal. It was fast and delicious. Everything is bigger in Texas because the burger was huge and came with the perfect amount of fries and an ice cold drink. Inside was very clean and the menu pops and was easy to read. The cashiers and cooks were very friendly. The parking lot was so full people were parking where they shouldn't to get some. Definitely need to come back and try more off of the menu.“

And they have a uniquely hawaiian take on a taco - kahlua pork (really good), along with the regular beef and chicken tacos and burritos (better than titos in my opinion - less grease). Ingredients are fresh and seem to be slow cooked. People saying the food is bland seem to have a very high salt requirement because the seasoning is spot on. “Service is more or less ok, i just gave it a four due to employees not asking if i wanted anything elss when receiving my food( by this i mean salsas or pepers).Food is usually five stars but they game my dad some burned chicken( ans no I don't mean slightly over cooked, I mean picth black) other times I've gone the food was better. “Ordered a falafel burrito and the hummus with pita, and cheese quesadilla with chipotle sauce on the side via Uber eats.I wasn't crazy about the pita bread itself and the hummus was just ok, but the falafel burrito was great! I love the fries in it and the tahini is delicious. The burrito is very large and very filling, I ended up saving half for the next day and it was still just as tasty. I highly recommend getting a side of chipotle sauce to dip anything you order in!“
