“Qbole is my go to spot for Mexican seafood. Everything I’ve tried there has been so fresh and delish. The shrimp tacos gobernador had so much flavor. The shrimp, cheese, and crispy tortillas blend together so well. The burritas are all great. I would recommend the shrimp and marlin burrita.

They use really high quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. For example, I ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito because the ingredients are so fresh and I wanted to have something simple but delicious.

I’ve tried several of the ceviches, botanas, and aguachiles, and they were all superb. The fish is always very fresh and you get a lot of it for a very reasonable price.

I would say Qbole has some of the best Mexican seafood in Los Angeles. I really don’t get ceviche anywhere else anymore.“

“I absolutely love this place; I have been going here for years. My favorite item is the chunky beef super deluxe burrito! Get this with a side of pico de gallo and you are good to go! This burrito is so large, it will last you a couple of days. And the prices are so reasonable. I truly love El Burrito Jr.!

“This place is pretty decent fast food for drive thru or call ahead and pick up.
You can dine in too.
It is burgers,burritos,breakfast foods. They also make shakes,you can even order a blueberry shake.
I had their burger and fries, and club sandwich,all were decent. Food is reasonably priced.
Many folks in line were ordering their burritos. I will try one next time.“

Now, the most important - the food: was absolutely amazing!
Everything was perfectly balanced. We ordered several dishes for four people and left feeling very full, while the prices were surprisingly reasonable. We had the Combination Fajitas for Two, Enchilada, Taco and Tamale, and salads - everything was delicious. The sauces were incredible too!
And the churros with ice cream for dessert completely stole our hearts
On top of that, the atmosphere, service, and overall feeling of the place were all outstanding.

“This place is SO good! I got the breakfast burrito and added cheese and avocado. Omg it was so big I had it for two meals. It was just as amazing for the second meal. Everyone that worked there was so nice, it had such a great family feel. A few customers came in while I was eating outside, and it was clear they were regulars - as i would be if I lived closer! Also, I dont eat meat and there were plenty of options!

There aren't any tables inside but there are a few outside with umbrellas if needed.“

“Second time eating here and last time was a few months after they first opened. Tacos are still really good just a little overpriced for the size. Favorite one is la Paz fish taco on a purple tortilla. I like the 2 new added tacos which are the gobernador and the birria cheese. Michelada was ok.
The coffee stand is unique and I like their selections. Staff were all great.

“Had a really good time with my friend group. The food was really good. I would get the enchiladas again 100%!! The asada tacos are okay. Regular asada tacos. We also got the watermelon hibiscus pitcher to share, but its honestly not strong. Very watered down. The Margarita on the other hand, very strong. I would get that instead. Guac was also very good. Overall I would definitely come back and eat here. The vibe is good, the food is good, the service needed a little help though. There was several times our table needed something and there was no server to be found. Other than that, great spot. I’ll be coming back again when I’m in town.“

“This is an excellent restaurant in an attractive space with attentive service. For the quality, the price is more than fair.

The traditional ceviche with fish was fresh, complex, and came with multiple sauces. The empanadas were perfectly done, with the fish ones being a bit strong for our taste and the shrimp ones being really outstanding. We also had very rich, very filling Tacos Perrones whose fish was perfectly done. They serve fried tortillas instead of corn chips, which is both attractive and delicious. My only complaint would be that my margarita was kind of light on the alcohol.

Food and service are always great and Andrew has been fantastic at taking care of our guests on our wedding day. Love their Iris Azul, El Pistachio and all the mezcal drinks. “We recently catered a birthday party w/Casa Playa. It was pretty short notice, 3 days, but they really made our party perfect! I called and Alathena helped walk me through the menu to choose just the right amount of food. They provided the buffet racks and the sterno (saved me a couple of trips looking for them). Everything was delivered exactly on time and hot! They even provided signs to make choosing easier. The food was DE-Licious!! Crispy tacos were awesome as were the enchiladas. “Fantastic hidden gem! Located in north long beach, this authentic Mexican restaurant is absolutely delicious. They have plenty of nostalgic dishes that you may remember a loved cooking for you. They have soups, tacos, and special dishes such as costillitas con nopales. I was left very much happily satisfied. Parking is a nightmare, they have a small lot. It is a mom and pop shop, so please keep that in mind when you arrive. Seating is extremely limited, but they have a couple chairs out front to ensure you're taken care of. Please tip if you can as I'm positive a place like this is not common anymore these days. The ladies who serve and take orders have the most cute uniforms and friendliest of service. Anything upon request!!! Please ask before you do. They have a specific seating order and will be happy to accommodate when you ask! Oh they do serve alcohol, beers and margaritas 😬“

“El Tarasco is in Manhattan Beach. There are a few of them, but this is the first one and the best. It is a little place with mostly counter seating. You can eat there, get it to go or have delivery.

The place is old, but well maintained and really cute. They make you feel at home there. The service is great. They are fast and your meal is served hot and perfect.

It has the best Mexican food in Manhattan beach. Parking can be a bear, but you will fine a spot on the street. You may need to walk uphill a bit. It is right next to the Manhattan Beach Pier and there are great places to walk.

The food is amazing. We love all of it, but their enchiladas with rice and beans are the best and they make a great burrito. They also have super guacamole and their beverage selection is great. They do not have a full bar.

“What a very pleasant place to be! Staff is very friendly, music is pleasant, being in Riviera village is the icing on the cake. I'm recovering from a bad bout of allergies and a good taco always helps. We ordered a bunch of food Togo and while we waited, we were served whole crispy tortillas with the best restaurant salsa I've had. Not too salty, just the right amount of heat and overall a very good flavor. We ordered two ground beef crispy tacos and two shredded chicken crispy tacos. I have to say that the chicken tacos were the tastiest in the South Bay. My husband thought his ground beef tacos were excellent. We'll definitely put Mi Burrito one our short list of restaurants we go to.“
