Trying chipotle again at another location. Got an allergy to gluten. Mentioned it when at the front to make the bowl and the woman helping me out looked extremely confused when I said allergy to gluten. I kept on specifying that I wanted the cheese from the back and the sour cream from the back for my allergies IN the bowl. Since the ones out looked a little unsafe with all the corn around it, and she put the cheese and sour cream separately from the back in other containers....read full review
It states that it's supposed to be open at 10:30 on their website and on top of that at their door. The lady open the door and did not let me in, it was very rude and I'm assuming she's the manager. I feel that if you have a store that stays that is supposed to be open at 10:30 it needs to be open at 10:30. It also the atmosphere was just very off.
This location absolutely sucks. I usually come here at 8:30pm to get dinner and, almost every time, they’re sold out of steak and/or beef. I’m not sure how a place that closes after 11pm can allow themselves to sell out of one of their major ingredients over at 8:30pm. That’s over 2 hours before closing time.Not only that, but they are also frequently sold out of lettuce and guacamole at this time.
