“My boyfriend and I live close by. We usually walk down to the pier, but found this place. We have yet to be disappointed. The wings, chili, stuffed jalapeños, steak sandwich, burger, etc. are all delicious! (We don’t choose healthy here lol) The bartenders are attentive and friendly, and we’re not there enough to be regulars, but I definitely notice some of the same people every time we are there. Highly recommend this “homey” bar in a not so “homey” town. I used to bartend and this place makes me miss it! 🍻“

“This is supposed to be members only and an exclusive place for people that live in the neighborhood. Clearly this is not the case. Went on Friday night and there was a lovely guitar player and it was an enjoyable safe crowd. Last night it was overly packed and a very strange crowd. Almost as if all the drug dealers and losers came up from the Bronx to hang out. Definitely did not feel safe and clearly majority of the folks were NOT members. The Members that we were with had been members for 20+ years and agreed they had never seen such a disturbing rough crowd. Hopefully this was just a one off and 900 club becomes a little more strict about who they let in and who they don’t. I live walking distance and it is disturbing that this place is attracting such ghetto people in my neighborhood. Clean it up and respect our community!“

The food is good, and we had an amazing time with our waiter Shilly yesterday - and left well fed and with $100 for the four of us fairly priced - given the location I would have expected more. Wow - five stars for OK food? Absolutely. In my very own rating scheme, it is mandatory for five stars that I would be willing to do a 30+ min detour just to go to this particular place. And I did. Many times. And will do it again. We've been to the Ivy's in Beverly Hills the night before. It would be totally unfair to compare on a mere culinary basis. Go here - prepared to have a good time - and you will.“

I was in town for a funeral and I needed somewhere to go and have a drink shoot a game of pool and relax. I stopped by this place and everyone was very friendly including the bartender Michelle and they made me feel like I was a regular. When some of the guests found out that I was in town for a funeral some of them offered drinks to me and my family for our loss. This is a friendly place and I felt at home and I would definitely come back here and recommend that you try it as well.“
