The roll is perfect, so important, and I went for Provolone & Sweet Peppers, but the meat is flavorful and moist as it should be with the perfect dash of salt and pepper. You can taste the difference and it hits hard. I got the fries as well and wouldn't ya know it, also perfect. Just the right amount of crunch with a soft center. Others should take note. The presentation, in the to-go box, is masterful. Everything fits perfectly, the sandwich, the fries, condiments, napkins and the big surprise - an after meal mint. Wow! The service was quick, about 10min, and pleasant. The beautiful woman that runs this truck is a treasure.
