“So good! We enjoyed all of it. Great vibe. Not too busy on a weeknight. Fun neighborhood to walk around. We each got the platter for one — he with butter chicken, me with Tikka Masala. They also came with daal and a special dish with garbanzo beans, rice, and whatever naan you chose. We also ordered cocktails. Mine was a spicy margarita and his was a Punjabi mango frozen cocktail. Both were very good. We also had chai with dinner and it was delicious. The server was very nice and gave us a gratis dessert of very sweet donuts in sauce.“

“Was looking for a good Indian place in Los Angeles and came across Flavor of India. It had great reviews so we gave it a try. It is located in Hollywood right off of Sunset and Hayworth. Plenty of inside parking available with 2hour validation. We tried the lunch all you can eat for 24$ a person and were not disappointed. It was like a flavor sampler of many curries with rice, garlic naan and even a dosa. The flavors were great, amazing value, and we were more than satisfied. Highly recommend!“

“I love Indian and have had tons in my life. This is hands down the best place. Their flavor profile is sophisticated and layered, the food here is top quality and it's my favorite Indian restaurant ever. After having their tikka masala I can't be satisfied with any other. Their saag and curries are also excellent. The chicken they use is whatever so I always go for fish. The flavor here is truly magnificent, I come here whenever I'm in the area. Definitely a must go for everyone.“

You won't find another place in Los Angeles that serves biryani with such an authentic and flavorful taste. It was fresh and hot! The naan was also hot and freshly cooked which made the meal completely better. I also ordered Shrimp Tikka which is something completely new to me and I loved it. “Indian spot located on the 2nd level off of Wilshire. When I typed the name in, Google maps took me to the one on Westwood, so make sure you’re putting in the right address if you’re intending to go here. Very limited street parking. Credit cards accepted. They do take reservations but when we went on a Thursday evening at 8pm, it wasn’t necessary. Masks required and they do check proof of vaccination, although they wanted a picture of the card and didn’t accept my digital CA QR code. Food is family style; the tandoori mix grill was a good way to get a variety of meats/seafood. The butter chicken was tasty. The peas pulao was a good complement to that sauce, though I preferred the garlic naan. They do serve alcohol. It’s good for big groups and they had a TV playing music videos inside. They were open fairly late on a weeknight, so it’s a good spot to get some food if you’re in the Brentwood area and get hungry, but don’t have a reservation anywhere.“

When the food wasn’t picked up the restaurant went out of the way to track me down and reimburse the charge. This is a restaurant worth your businesses. Good people are sometimes hard to find and should be recognized!“
