The employees here need more training in more than one occasion I've order a combo and they always forget the soda or wrong order one time I was there they forgot my soda and a costumer came back in complaining they gave her wrong order

This place is nothing like it was a year ago. Under new management makes a difference. I stop by here almost everyday for lunch. It's fast friendly service. Evry time I get to the window there is always one person charging and packing and giving out order these people work to hard to give exceptional fast service they deserve to have at least one more to help them. The food was good. I placed a simple order of a pollo bowl, brewed tea, with chips and utensils on the app. The problem is the sweet raspberry iced tea that I got instead of brewed and no utensils. I can see what I requested on the receipt that's taped to the bag that I picked up. It's too bad my order wasn't correct. It's hard to eat a bowl of beans with no utensils.
