First time here and it's amazing! They have everything from cookies to pastries to cakes to sandwiches! Check out the photos with prices!

Coffees great, majority of the staff are friendly and helpful and ordering was smooth! Definitely going back next time we're here! Salami sandwich with Pesto spread was super good! They even use iced coffee cubes so your coffee doesn't get watered down! Very smart idea!

“My husband and I visited Jitter Bean Coffee Co at the end of August. We're actually from Van Buren, AR! He was adamant about visiting this local coffee chain. We both ordered an iced white mocha! I thought that it was good. The inside of the building was clean and had a little seating space. It had big windows with a great view Arcata Square. If I was a student at the local university, I would consider studying there! I thought that the staff were friendly and that they finished our order promptly. I think it is a great place to get an afternoon ice coffee - - - that is what we did!“

“Cafe Phoenix has been an Arcata staple for many many years. This women owned cafe is one of the best places to eat in Humboldt. The atmosphere is great and cozy on a rainy winter day and especially nice on the back patio or in the yard while the sun is out. Their food is all organic, and much of it is sourced from local farmers and butchers. The food is good for the gut. And the owner’s recipes are original and tasty. My go-to dishes are the fried rice, the breakfast burrito, many different smoothies, and Phoenix potatoes. Occasionally the potatoes have been burnt and I too have experienced some dishes being over salted like other reviewers have complained about, but that’s not consistent enough to steer you away. The new addition of, Smoked is too recent to give a solid review, but it seems to have potential. Glad we have Cafe Phoenix in our little town to rely on.“
