“Okay food, okay prices, amazing service. I ordered the lengua taco combo and my husband the asada taco combo. We honestly weren't wowed by the flavors of our dishes but may have expected too much, given the super high reviews for this place. The prices were also on the high side given it's a food truck, but we're happy to pay more to support the super nice and efficient guys who run this place. Overall a good experience, and a nice atmosphere too!“

“Cuz the service is outstanding however there product my boyfriend and I both got two slices of pizza each and it was 1621 a little sip but I got to stand with today's economy I think it's a little pricey but customer service is not that bad it's good. I'd have this over Little Caesars any day. And even probably Domino's you better for sure but pricier for sure.

“BEST Mexican food I have ever eaten, absolutely amazing!! The meat is seasoned perfect, salsa is outstanding, tortillas are to die for. I literally will rush to Arcata from Eureka to pick up my lunch... If you have not stopped and eaten at Alma's Taco truck then you are missing out... YOU HAVE TO TRY IT OUT!!!!!“

“Do you need gluten free bread??? Go here, it's cheaper and has so many more styles. My family and I usually send a text out when we are going so we can grab bread for the bigger family. “We've loved Tomo for nearly 30 years. The veggie sushi options are always great, with the inside out roll with tempura yam our favorite. The Humboldt Hunny is also excellent, as is the Buddha Belly. The salad is always a work of art, fresh and tasty with a bit of both house dressings. (I ask for them on the side.) We've never had a problem here and invariably leave feeling happy and nourished on all levels by this longtime local favorite.“

“What a great sushi place! So glad we stumbled upon this out of the way super tasty off the beaten path sushi place in Arcata. It’s a mom n pop shop atmosphere but the food is fine dining style. We both got a roll with salmon in it, can’t remember the names but they were both delicious. The Miso soup, tempura veggies and edamame are all bomb too. Made a mistake of ordering three sakis, they came in a nice size bottle with more than enough for the three of us. Portions are generous and the food is fresh. Got the seaweed salad this trip and it was great, nice roasted sesame flavor. This is now our favorite place to get sushi in Arcata“

“So glad we tried this local pizza place while visiting Eureka. We accidentally picked up the wrong order but they were super cool about it and let us just keep the other pizzas without having to go back. Although we didn’t get what we ordered, let me tell you, this pizza is SO GOOD. The dough was amazing, quality cheese and toppings, and HUGE 16” pies! I wish I could take this place back home with me.“

“We’ve been to Curry leaf restaurant three or four times now, and have always been delighted with the food. My grandson in law loves the beef chow fun and says it is as good as his Chinese father’s beef chow fun. The atmosphere is a nice change of pace and a good escape. Food arrives at the table hot and fresh, often quickly as well.“

“went to Los bagels for the first time a week ago as we were making our way through the PNW. Their bagles are so good and the berry scones.... yes please. no matter how busy the line had gotten the whole staff showed grace and diligence in their work and the own should be proud to have hired such a great group. hope to make my way soon in october“

“The fries are the best! They’re light, crispy, and perfectly fried! It’s what McDonald’s fries wish they were😂 The people were very nice and the price was reasonable for the freshness. We got the specials Albacore and chips and the steelhead burger.
Something they could add is shade for the picnic tables for a more comfortable eating experience.“
