Asada sorta was 4 out of 5 stars. Everything about it was good though it could have had a little more meat. The red salsa is 5 stars. Tripa tacos were not crispy like I wanted otherwise good. Horchata was good. Not too powdery and not watered down, just right. I would eat here again when I'm in Mendota.
We are out at the Mendota Raceway .this weekend. Had a burrito at the El Super Mexican Grill Trailer. The Ladies were very nice and accommodating. The food was amazing. If you are out at Mendota you should stop by and try them out !! Come out to the Races too. Ramon and Rocky do an Amazing job out here!!
The food is good and tastes good. This was my second time there, and this time, the food was not visually appealing. It seemed to me like the tacos were made just to get them done, and no effort was made to make them visually appealing.
