The staff is very rude and got my order wrong for the third time. I did a feedback hoping someone would respond and I would not have to place a negative review. I will not go there to be yelled at by a teenager.
The store is limited to 3 customers at a time. I have no problem with that. Except that one of the three already in lobby was a friend of the employees and was just hanging out. So they asked to step out. I walked by 30 minutes later and he was still in there.

Located in the 'Menifee Lakes Plaza' (Antelope & Newport Roads) next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, this Jamba location is very small with zero seating. It is strictly a 'to-go' spot that encourages customers to order and leave. There is plenty of parking but no drive-thru. The drinks are always delicious and amazing like expected. The menu is the same as other locations, and the smoothies are nicely blended. Specific orders like the Strawberry Smoothie and Orange Dream Machine are positively delicious and perfectly blended. However, the shop is always understaffed, often with only one employee working. Due to the understaffing and large crowds, there is a long wait. Some workers, like Sonia, do an outstanding job working by themselves and keeping the store and work area clean. Another worker, Ashley, provided kind and professional service, being attentive despite the crowds. But other times, the lone employee seems bothered, and the customer service falls short. Overall, the experience is average; the smoothies are worth the wait, but the lack of customer service and seating makes returning undecided.
