Poor customer service. The person behind the counter had such a negative attitude when addressing the customer. The first thing she said when I walked up to the counter was "what do you want" not a hello or a friendly smile just attitude for no reason. When I asked if I could have a spoon since I recently had surgery she let out an annoyed "sure" then didn't even call my name when the order was ready she just said "it's done" in an annoyed voice. The smoothies here are good and I've never had a problem with service. However, I come here at least once a week when they first open and they rarely ever open on time. I try to get a smoothie before school but half the time I have to leave because it's 8:10 and the doors are still locked. If a place says that they open at 8 then they should open at 8.
