“I contacted Natalie and she was amazing via text and email when we first communicated. I order two dozen cookies for the engagement party of my daughter and those were so beautiful and delicious.She put on sticker with the ingredients behind the cookie. I ordered and picked up on time. I really recommend her cookies❤“

“I brought a dozen Into the office. A guy that wouldn't normally have a donut grabbed one because hey said they looked really good when I popped the box open. Someone else happened to also bring a dozen in and everyone agreed that the Good Glaze donuts looked amd tasted better. The staff is always nice, you can tell they love making donuts for the community.“

“The woman who works here is just wonderful, and she always serves you with a smile on her face. The selection of items is also superb: donuts, pastries, ice cream, boba, soft drinks, sandwiches for all meals of the day, and more! The prices are also relatively cheap, but they’re worth every penny. 10/10“

The monk fruit chocolate cake, in particular, is rich and satisfying without spiking your blood sugar like most places huge plus! “Amazing little donut shop. The absolute best Apple fritter. The staff is super friendly and many donuts to choose from. We ride our bikes 15 miles every Saturday and treat ourselves. I like all the updates inside. Cute coffee set up and love the new stickers.“

“1st time here, I asked for them to surprise me and the food was great I got a Chipotle ranch turkey wrap and it was so yummy. I also had coffee and loved that it was perfect not so sweet. The wrap came with a side of pasta salad and it was delicious.I am glad to have found this place. Definitely coming back.“

“5/5 stars for Olive Avenue Market! Nestled in a historic neighborhood with stunning surrounding architecture, this market, coffee shop, and deli offers incredible food and warm hospitality.
Highlights from our lunch:
Sandwiches & Sides: Fresh turkey and ham sandwiches, paired with chips and a great, shareable pasta salad.
Drinks: A custom latte (half-sweet butterscotch and vanilla) that hit the spot, plus a cold root beer.
Sweet Treat: The Carmelita bar is a must-try—rich caramel, oats, and chocolate chips baked into pure perfection.
Atmosphere: Sitting at the window counter looking out over the quiet historic street was such a relaxing experience.
Wonderful food, great prices (around $30–$35 total including tip), and fantastic neighborhood vibes. We’ll be back for sure!“

“We walked in close to noon because we wanted iced coffee, ended up with that and an iced Thai tea that were both excellent and very strong 🙏 added some donuts (fresh at that time of day!) and a ham and cheese croissant. Will absolutely come back again as this is right around the corner from me. Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I went in for coffee earlier today. Coffee was great, atmosphere was fun, and we split a superb chocolate chip cookie. My biggest regret was that we got there super close to closing and didn’t get to sit at a table and chat, but we’ll be going back so I’ll get my chance. I was also pretty psyched to catch the Local 80 sticker in the window. 😉“
