“I ran in earlier and ordered a chai latte with extra chai. They gave me a dirty chai which means it had coffee in it so when I went back she made me a new one for free and I kept the other one.

“So, I have tried to stay positive throughout Covid and other events that affect places of business, but this one I'm not sure I can! Ordered online with only option of "pick-up at counter", so drove up waited a bit for my p/u time then saw a family go to door then leave. So I went to door to have counter staff motion me to go through the drive-thru (which was 6 cars deep at the time!) Was not happy that I had to get down then drive thru & wait longer. Got to order window and worker tried to deflect my inconvenience when I suggested a sign to let customers know...he said they closed their doors for safety reasons while customers were walking up to a locked door with already purchased beverages! Not making any sense and putting MY SAFETY at risk also!“
“I always go here to get my Starbucks and the workers are absolutely amazing. They are so kind and nice and always talk to me when I am at the window. There has never been a bad order I have gotten and I’ve always came back. Viv is one of the workers and she’s awesome and always has a smile on her face. There are some others which I couldn’t see their name but I will always recommend this place when I’m Merced. They never really have a line and always complete orders asap. I don’t have any drinks on the menu so mine are always made personally by me and they nail it every time. ☺️“
“They didn't stretch out their card reader and tell me it's going to, "ask me a question," unlike the other SBUX in town. I'm like, "Thank God!" because that just makes me feel bad when I hit "No Thanks" for my $3 brewed coffee. Yeah, that deserves 5 stars. fr. fr. I'm going to this one from now on.“
“I visited this starbucks a day after a poweroutage at the store leaving some equipment down. Despite that the employees were amazing and working hard! Especially Greg! Greg made sure to welcome everyone that walked in and checked in with new customers if they had ordered yet or were waiting for a mobile order. Greg had amazing customer service and is an asset to the company and location!“

My Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino was very good. My only recommendation: A bit, less ice. I had half a Venti size drink with coffee-flavored ice; no drink. If I wanted an "Icee" drink I'd go to 7-11. Thanks! UPDATE: Whomever made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino at 10:30 am today, November 5, 2024 is THE BEST! Keep it up!!!! November 8 "Ingrid" ruined my drink. All whipped cream melted to milk, caramel syrup inside of cup no longer drizzled due to wait. After drop off, Door Dasher sat outside my house for five minutes!! Anybody receiving drinks after us will have drinks negatively impacted as well.“
“I truly appreciate the staff at this location. Not once have they messed up my order and they are beyond patient and helpful (thanks to them I found my favoritedrink). Every time I go to the Starbucks by my house whenever I'm in a rush I get very disappointed.“
