“There's this really cute worker named Kiara that works there... I think she lowky wants me cuz anytime I ask for my drink to have 2 pumps of vanilla she actually gives me 3... like Kiara... take me to dinner first geez... Im easyy! Not to mention that she always smiles at me and tells me to have a nice day... like wow... im blushing... Lowky the highlight of my day is getting to see Kiara...“
“As a former employee of the Starbucks corporation, I know that it can be hectic at times today. I stopped by this location and had the best experience I believe I have ever had at Starbucks. I’m mobile ordered some items and when I arrived, the young lady who made the drink briefly spoke with me I told her that I normally order my drink hot and then let it cool down to almost cold. She then advise me that they make the same drink iced they were quite busy, and this young lady went above and beyond, and made the drink for me in an iced Version I did not catch her name while I was there when I called the store they advised me her name was Cimerron. I’m sure that name is not spelled correctly, but I do believe she deserves her recognition for gaining a repeat customer at this location.“

“This location is nice and the store has ample space but I believe they do not want people coming here to work 😐 all the plugs are covered except for the one (and only) on the work table. I wanted to work in a different location and was surprised to see this. The barista, manager and the coffee all were great!“

I felt like they truly cared about how my day was going and they went on to give me an upgrade on my drink and put a smile to my kids faces by giving them cookies. This isnt the only time where their service has been exceptional. They are all so kind. I“
“I am not a usual customer at this location, but sometime last week, I stopped by after doing some shopping in the area. I was taken care of by a worker named Mary who was beyond impressive. She was very kind and cheerful. She also gave me a few recommendations for some drinks as we share a liking for shaken espressos. I felt like a valued customer and I will definitely be going back to this location more often. Well done!“
“Love the staff here they are all super friendly and have offered great recommendation for replacing my raspberry syrup that has been discontinued. I put 4 stars on the food only because I had one of the sandwiches with spinach mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes sounded amazing and it was sooooo not worth the money simply because half of it didn't have anything on it I had to rip it apart and spread it out myself. That's not really on the store though.
Kid-friendliness: They have juice boxes as well as the food pouches of applesauce and such my 2yo loves coming here. But naturally gets bored quick lol

Just had the most delightful experience at the Starbucks on 3985 Fairmont Avenue in San Diego. While I often use the drive-thru, I went inside today for a special cup and was fortunate enough to be served by Ms. Jessica.
She possesses a rare gift for anticipating the needs of her customers, even those with the most discerning tastes. It is a talent that is not often seen in customer service.
This level of intuitive and personalized attention is truly exemplary, and I hope it is a skill she is empowered to share with her colleagues. When employees can connect with patrons on this level, they create truly memorable EXPERIENCES 👍🏼.

“Great service. My coffee is usually great. Occasionally you get a lady that gives you a drink that's way below the top. She swears that light ice is the reason. Problem with that is I order extra cream 3/4,5 shots, extra sweet cream etc... My $12-14 coffees shouldn't ever NOT COME TO THE TOP. Not to mention every other Starbucks manages to get it to the top. Seems a manager needs to learn how to whip cream better or add something if they can't handle that. ??????
