“Great customer service at the drive through. I believe it was the manager took my order and asked me all the questions that needed to be answered. The manager asked if the order was correct and I said yes. Plus, he also asked if I wanted a straw two stoppers and a cup hold and of course I said yes again. When I went to the window the batista delivered what I asked for. The drinks were two extra hot white mocha, and a lavender macha. Thanks, for the great service the batista delivered.“

“I brought in an order for ten drinks for a business event and Lexus and her team member handled us like pros! By the time I was done paying, our drinks were ready. My whole experience took about five minutes and the baristas were friendly and qualified. When I got back to work, my team members were impressed at how fast I was. Thanks Starbucks!“

This has happen before to us so seems to be the app. But we did mobile order and for what ever reason the store didnt get the order. We see on our phone its there but store dont. “They are friendly and if they would get my Hot Chocolate order correct, they would have a five. I have learned when ordering a Hot Chocolate drink that can be mixed up with a coffee drink. Lead with the word Hot Chocolate and then order, otherwise you will end up with the coffee version of your drink...“
