“Absolutely disappointing experience. I came in and waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When someone finally noticed me, they didn't apologize or offer help. Instead, they just told me to use the kiosk. I explained that I only had cash, and the kiosk only accepts cards. Rather than helping, they acted annoyed that they had to take my order—which was just a freeze.
This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of basic customer service and consideration. If you’re going to require kiosks, at least make sure there’s a clear option for cash-paying customers, or don’t treat people like they’re a burden for needing assistance. I won’t be coming back.“
