“I pulled up and waited a while, nobody came. I tapped on the window after 1 minute or so, but still nothing. I put my vehicle in Drive, and immediately, they opened the window and asked, "How can I help you?" First to those who serve... We, the customer, expect decent customer service, and that's where your tips come. We will not give tips if you do not care about the service you give. To the owner, teach your staff that the customer isn't interested in waiting on them to look at their phone and be ignored. Please get better since your coffee is better than other local choices.“
