“This place is AWESOME! Family owned and operated. Our breakfast was so good we came back for dinner. The best chili I think I have had. It was so well balanced! I had it on my cheese omelet for breakfast and on my HUGE baked potato for dinner. ? ?? My husband had the scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. They were very tasty also! You'd better be hungry because they serve very large portions...easily shareable.“

“If in Mariposa and you do not really want to dine out but do not really want to cook, I highly recommend Mariposa take and bake. The pizzas are fantastic! The best pizza crust to date for us! Several choices on toppings. They also have great salads. The large size sald fed 4 of us. Great food and great price!“

“During our two days stay in Mariposa near the Yosemite National Park we decided to eat at the 1850 two times because the first visit was such a good experience. The burgers were really good and large and the dinner overall was extraordinary. The restaurant is definitely a must visit. Thank you!“

“We had an appetizer, 2 ramen bowls, a softdrink, a beer, and 3 glasses of wine. The ramen are good. The broth is thick and very tasty. The ramen were not my favorite (I like udon), but tasty however. The wine that is served is really good. We had the zinfandel first which was really tastefull. It was a sundayevening, and the owner opened 2 new bottles for us to taste local wines. The wines were amazing. We really enjoyed our time at this place. The building is an authentic 19th century building. The owner will tell you about it if you ask.Really great place, good noodles and amazing wine.“

“After a long drive from the Bay Area, my wife and I stopped by the Pizza Factory in Mariposa for some lunch. The vegetarian pizza we ordered was a new taste sensation that was surprisingly off the charts delicious. The price was very reasonable and the people working there make you feel at home with their welcoming friendly nature.“

“I freaking love this place and eat here weekly! Their enchiladas are so good that I never get sick of them. Love their shredded chicken, shredded beef and chili verde enchiladas. The wait staff is always so quick, remembers my orders, always kind and so sharp. I've never once had bad service here. The cook is also wonderful. If I ever forget any part of my order he always remembers and adds it for me. Where else can you get that kind of service? Hard to beat!!“

“Love the liver and onions but better still was the bartender, Anthony. True professional. Sometimes you go into a place and think ‘what the hell am I doing here?’ He was the answer. Friendly, smart and as hard working as anyone I’ve seen. And made the perfect martini.?Thanks bro, and thanks Miner’s Roadhouse. As Arnold said, ‘I’ll be back.’“

“Fantastic options and we had delicious tender pork chops and out of this world eggplant dinners. Both were huge portions and picture worthy presentations! Would highly recommend dining here. Thank you for such a wonderful, tasty dinner!“
