Ok, I've lived in this town much longer than I care to say. I've been coming to Vasco ever since it opened and let me say, it's the hidden jewel of Mill Valley, and it's a really good price for what you get too! I ordered the Insalata Vasco- a warm arugula and shaved brussel sprout salad with roasted artichoke, kalamata olives and goat cheese. Add-on chicken and a couple of prawns. What a wonderful restaurant! We're in Mill Valley to celebrate our anniversary and happened to find this gem - everything delicious, service was excellent and friendly and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was lively but not noisy - generous portions, reasonably priced - we'll come back!

food is good, but service is on and off, hostess has never been good here. Been there a couple of times over the years and I come back because the food is what attracts me and also b/c one of the few restaurants open "late" in Mill Valley. They have a great selection of wines.
