I had a really disappointing experience at Shabuya today. I explained that I needed to bring a small portion of French fries for my baby because it’s the only thing he will eat right now, and Shabuya doesn’t offer anything similar on the menu. Instead of trying to help or offer any understanding, the manager was extremely rude and just told me to “contact corporate,” without providing any real solution.

This place is a complete rip-off. Avoid it at all costs. The food is mediocre, the staff is rude and slow, and they rush you out. They claim you have 90 minutes, but dishes take 20–30 minutes to arrive, cutting your time short. Then they start cleaning around you while you’re still eating, pushing you to leave, and even threatening to call the police for trespassing if you don’t.
