This place is always inconsistent on the amount of chicken they give. I told the cook that the chicken was less than usual and he just ignored me. Their customer service is terrible. I’m going to think twice before I come here again.
It was my first time trying Sarku Japan and it is delicious! Got Chicken & Shrimp Plate.I didn't have this at my local mall growing up so I'm glad I tried it. I would definitely get it again. The plate I got was delicious, perfect balance of textures and flavors, had a good amount of meat. The chicken and shrimp were a good texture, soft, not overcooked. This place is exactly what I expected it to be. Serviceable food, I'd say slightly better than average compared to other mall spots similar to it. The service was ok, but I wasn't expecting much going into it. I don't expect fine dining service at a spot like this, and I don't think anyone should. The food wasn't bad, that's all I wanted! :)
