“Dewz has been one of me and my wife's favorite restaurant! We travel all over the world and eat at very nice Michelin star restaurants. Dewz definitely matches quality and service and will stand toe to toe with any nice restaurant in California or around the world that claim to be the best. I have never had a bad service or a bad food night. Oh, and their classical playlist to modern music is also a very nice touch! If you complain about the price here, then obviously you don't respect the quality of food and service that they provide. If you ever thought about going, just go! You will not regret it!“

“My husband and I tried this place for the first time last Monday. It was great! We had the outside area near the outdoor fire to ourselves. The food and drinks were on fire LITERALLY. The portions were very big so I would say it’s worth the money. Two people could easily share an entree. The drink didn’t taste that good and they did forget to add shrimp to my pasta but besides that it was a very nice night. We would try this place again!“

“not too crowded or noisy for a late lunch. good selection of tasty food with an excellent salad bar. the service was good, there is plenty of parking and it's wheelchair accessible. the prices are reasonable, the building and grounds are well maintained with several resident ducks dotting the lawns and floating on a small water feature. a few colorful chickens also roam the grounds. it's a delightful place.“

This place is truly one of Modesto’s best-kept secrets (unfortunately) — and it deserves to be packed every night. We came here for my mom’s birthday dinner with a large group of 18–20 people, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. We ordered a variety of appetizers — the cheese board, Brussels sprouts, lamb meatballs, and almond-crusted chicken skewers — and every single dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. Even with a group our size, all the food came out at the same time, hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The kids were served first (huge win for the parents!), and the service throughout the night was nothing short of exceptional. In a time when good service is rare, Burly’s truly goes above and beyond. Every single person at the table was impressed — most had never been there before, and every one of them said they’d be back. And while that birthday dinner was amazing, it wasn’t a one-off. Before moving out of the area, I’d eat lunch at Burly’s about once a week. The food was consistently top notch, never hit-or-miss like so many other places. You do literally squeeze in and its always a bit noisy. The sounds of amazing people enjoying life. Just dont do as I did and drink mimosas before breakfast or you will break very fast. My sister tripped over the same stone. What im trying to say is that a couple mimosas got this liquor drinker drunk, soaked, like a donut left too long in a cup of milk to where it disintegrates.“
