El Pollo Loco is a popular and busy restaurant known for its delicious food. While some customers have had negative experiences with the manager's attitude, many others appreciate the cheap and healthy options like the street corn Pollo Bowl. The restaurant is considered very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient choice for families and individuals alike.
