“Nice place but they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and blame the customers.
Edit: The company itself reached out and helped amend the mistake.
Normally for this location all employees are nice and the food is hot and fresh.“
“Most McDonald's now want you to use the Kiosk machines, taking focus off of the Registers at the counter, but for the elderly who don't know how to operate the machines is bad because then they stand at the counter unacknowledged.“
“Super convenient McDonald’s on my way down I 99. There was lots of parking so I found somewhere in the back for my 21 foot RV, the restaurant was very clean, the service was quick and the food was good. Didn’t need a code for the bathroom, which I appreciated“
“I was working a job nearby for a week and frequently came to McDonald's to eat and use the facilities. The employees were always very friendly. They didn't mind if we used the restrooms whether we were buying food or not. The food was delicious as always. The atmosphere was very comfortable.“
“Lots of high school students not sure Modesto high has open campus but a lot in the dining area. Food good but kind of took forever to get a large coffee. The screen that tells you your order up my order number disappeared after I got my food not coffee.“

So I recently went for breakfast and used the app as i always do. I didn't realize until I got home they did not put in any of the 4 hashbrowns that should have come with my order. They didn't give me the napkins or the condiments I ordered. I called to let them know and they said I would have to go back to get everything they missed. I explained that wasn't possible. Rather than offer to send a gift certificate for the value or take down my name And number so that when I go there the next time I just need to tell them I'm on a list which is what they used to do in the past. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to come back that same day. It was pretty disappointing. What's even more disappointing is I am a very loyal customer. I go to McDonald's at least once a day EVERYDAY!“
“I had a very rough day 😔 and was craving a mcflurry. Saw a long line and yeah, it was Friday, after school hours, so I decided to just get off to order my ice cream instead of waiting in a long line so I did my thing. The girl at the counter was so nice and convinced me to get hot fudge in my mcflurry so I said why not and I asked for extra Oreo because I wanted to treat myself. I get two pies too. Anyways, I get my order and leave. When I open my mcflurry up, I almost fell on my knees in the parking lot, I have never seen a more perfect mcflurry, it’s like whoever made my mcflurry knew I was going through it. So thank you to whoever took the time to make this during rush hour. This McFlurry was worth the $4 + add ons of the extra Oreo and fudge. 🫶🏼 My day is going amazing now.“
“Ok let me say this for a McDonald's this place is the place to go. There holiday pies are in right now and are delicious! You have to use the app if you go there for anything. Great deals on the app plus you get points. There customer service got a five star review cause I was having a shitty day and this younger I think manager but really not to sure what his title was but he noticed and gave me an extra holiday pie and told me to have a better night and smile or something that Was hella cool and you really don't see at all anymore it was a nice surprise and the world needs more people like that kid(not a kid just a younger adult)“
“I don't usually rate McDonald's, but today I stopped in at the Oakdale and Floyd location to kill some time. I had the breakfast for the first time in a long time. I was impressed by the incredible customer service. I ordered at the kiosk and took a sign and they brought it right out to me. No awkward standing around waiting like I usually have to do. The young gentleman that helped me was a great employee. He even brought me a refill for my coffee. Great job management!“
“I am easy to please at a place that believed in me as a young man..I am sure my mom had a lot to do with it...no drive thru..huh dane cook reference bk lounge...but the only white guy in an all Filipino kitchen staff..made pancakes on Sundays..but your place ..great spot..clean..can use it as a office when needed..thank you“
“I only went through the drive thru here thus far, but the employees were polite and efficient, and even though there was a huge line, the wait was not very long. My food was excellent, and I actually got a generous serving of ice cream on my cone. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast if you are on your way to work and like ice cream early in the morning.“
“(A month ago) Husband - went through the drive-thru while doing Lyft and the cashier (Dominic) greeted me with a lazy excitement asking me what I would like. I couldn't help but laugh. I ordered a McDouble and a McChicken deal with a water, which he read back as a McDoubie and a McChickie. He then sang the McDonald's jingle in the same tone once I finished my order. He cheered me up that night, I was love'n it. Definitely give that kid a raise or promotion or something for going over and above.

I found out a month later that he was fired because some Karen complained that he made her feel uncomfortable about eating out. McDonald's lose. 🤷♂️“
