“I actually ordered their chicken and waffle for breakfast and not thinking this can be that great (because I didn't choose this place but my mom did 😬). However, to my surprise, the Belgium waffle was huge and has a very good texture with a special dough. And Man, that chicken thigh is something else! I love that chicken was marinated first, then fired (or baked) so it's juicy and not dry at all! Not to even mention the Hispanic servers there can speak Chinese so that's why they can draw my mom back (and now me)! 🤣 👏 Bravo Nano Cafe 👏“

“We came in on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by our host and seated right away. Our servers Albert and Francis were very helpful and kind. They attended us very well and checked in on us thru out our meal, which was great. Been coming here for years and will continue to because how great both Albert and Francis attended us.“

“I'm a huge breakfast fan, and THIS place is my always go-to spot in Covina. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is quite good and refreshed often, food portions are on the larger side, the taste is excellent, and the somewhat dated decor just fits the whole experience. If you like old school diners... this place is for you.“

“I was with my coworker and craving a great pozole and this spot definitely didn’t disappoint. Solid old school diner decor with a homely feel.

I had their steak and pozole/menudo aka “50/50” and it was delicious. Lots of meet, tripe and nicely sized hominy. Loved it and perfectly seasoned. The steak was seasoned to perfection and was medium well, I prefer medium rare but it was still very delicious. Excellent customer service and a solid spot to stop your soup cravings.

“I went to Xiaomei this morning to buy a takeout with three dishes and one soup, and then went to the nearby Great China Supermarket to buy some vegetables. I took out Xiaomei and retrieved my eight yuan and seventy cents, wrapped in Xiaomei. In my receipt, the lady at the Greater China counter refused to accept one of the $5 bills, saying it was a counterfeit bill. If it were normal, forget it, it would be a trivial matter. But then I thought again, I have been swallowing my anger all my life, and I am brave this time. I am not deceiving or intentionally blackmailing Xiaomei. As a result, the money was returned, but the words spoken to each other were not very kind. I went home and reflected on my words and deeds. I am a Buddhist, and I felt sad that I did not meet the standards required by gods and Buddhas. I am a new customer of Xiaomei. I was introduced by a friend. To be honest, Xiaomei’s food is indeed of high quality and low price. I should be more grateful. So I would like to apologize to Xiaomei!“

The food was prepared perfectly, and tasty. The service was attentive and friendly. This location is also one of the few that still has a bar, and has a happy hour. Open 24 hours. Perfect to grab a quick reasonably priced meal.“

“I always pass this restaurant on my bus route and usually I don’t have time to stop however I did today and I must say the customer service is amazing and I ordered the French toast combo with a side of potatoes O’Brian… First of all the French toast is so damn good. I didn’t even need syrup next, I’m gonna talk about these potatoes that was cooked to Perfection… They were crispy & soft they were amazing. My eggs were over medium perfect. I mean just perfect. I will definitely be returning. There aren’t as many good restaurants in this area, but this is definitely one of them and once again the customer service was amazing. The only reason why I did not give it five stars for the atmosphere is because I sat at the bar area and there was a lady who just would not get off of her phone. She had it on speaker and it was super loud. You would’ve thought she had it connected to surroundsound and that is the only reason why it was four stars for the atmosphere I just wish people would be a little more considerate so for that reason I actually cut my visit short and just packed my food up to go however, once again this restaurant is amazing super clean the restroom really clean and once again the customer service is truly truly amazing please go and visit this restaurant“

“The Thursday - Sunday late evening/overnight staff is amazing! I've been coming here pretty much weekly since July 2021 and they have become like family, especially our regular server Lupe. The night manager is cool and when he gets on the stove his food is out of this world! They got a new cook a few months ago and they are great with consistently producing comfort, especially the fries (and I'm VERY picky about my fry consistency).“

“Got a fish sandwich was excellent. I ordered combo and when I picked the bag up I thought maybe they put a brick or something in there because it had more weight than you would expect from a fish sandwich and some fries. When I looked there was another bag inside with enough fries to feed Guatemala... the entire country of Guatemala! I already knew the fries were going to be high quality because who would put 20 lbs. Of shitty fries in an order?
Prices reasonable, seemed to have a large selection even though its named a burger place.
If in and out had fries like this place they would take over the whole world.

“Was running errands and did not eat breakfast. Thankfully Toms appeared with an empty drive thru and I drove into the parking lot to check out the menu. Very friendly, good food, and fast; I got the breakfast special#2 and there are leftovers.
knew i should have asked for pepper, or maybe next time I order salsa on the side. Other than that, supper happy this burger joint was still doing breakfast at 11:30.“
