When it gets busy, the employees sometimes have a hard time prioritizing people who have ordered online and have prepaid to pick up their order and those who come in to order and stand in line. They forget it takes seconds to give the person who ordered online their meal for pickup instead of having them wait 5 min or more while those in line are being served.
Trash cans are always full and I saw two coworkers talking to each other and not helping customers with their orders. Bad customer service.
I want to give a shout-out to Alexi at this Panda Express location. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my order. He offered to help without me having to ask him to, and that says a lot about a person! Your actions made my day!
