“We were out with a friend who frequents the restaurant & enjoys the fare so we decided to visit. This was our first experience of a Chili's restaurant.

The atmosphere was nothing special but then again, we were hungry & were there to try something different for dinner. Servers were friendly & attentive & the food was exceptional.

There were no issues with accessibility from plenty of handicapped parking to the entrance & restrooms. An added bonus was an inside "parking space" for our wheelchair! 😀👩‍🦽

My husband and I were there a few weeks ago and noticed a young guy who looked like he could use a meal and a place to just BE The waitress was very kind, we ordered him a meal, and chatted with him while we ate. “I recently decided to visit The Diplomat in La Verne after being recognized by the Bonita Unified School District for my service to the schools and community. What a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the combo plate with filet, chicken, and ground beef—it was more than enough for the both of us. The filet was juicy and sooo good! Excellent service and a fantastic experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I used to live in the area, it was my favorite place to go for a beer on a weekend night. The bartenders were friendly, the regulars were nice local people, the beer selection was always on top. “Best Korean street food restaurant in Chino Hills!! It's our favorite spot!! Chef Kenny's cooking is always on point. Servers (I'd name everyone but some of them are sadly gone) are always so attentive and welcoming, including the owner Jack who also acknowledges us when he is there. It makes us feel special when they remember their regulars. Love the vibe here and would at least come once a week with no regrets!! See you soon again ya'll :)“

“Great booze at great prices with great wifi.I'm taking a break from the overcrowded coffee shops and taking my laptop to the bar. I got an incredible amount of work done and enjoyed some refreshment in the process.There are great specials every day and lots of food in the food court“

“As I stepped into the room I was immediately taken back to the last time I was at Cask 'n Cleaver over 30 years ago. The warmth and charm had not changed. I wish I had appreciated it more back in the day! Chocolate martinis for our party of 4 started the meal. Way overpriced but oh so good! A BOGO free would have been nice! I ordered my "usual", the 10oz top sirloin, and was overjoyed to see my favorite baseball cut presented and cooked to perfection! The entire experience was great and made me realize I spent too many years away from this gem of a restaurant. The price is prohibitive for my fixed senior income but I will be back for my December birthday. Thank you CnC for continuing to serve such good food!“

He checked in with us often enough on our meat orders and getting our grill changed out. We went with the Premium option and got to try all the good stuff. They have a food Vendor every day of the week that sets up out front at 9pm and they also let you bring other outside food in all day long too. They show the UFC PPVs with no cover charge!! “Goodfellas Staff, DJ, and the beautiful fellow patrons helped make my birthday even more special and created a memory I will forever cherish. The security staff were welcoming and friendly, the bartenders were top notch, and even at their busiest time, they never stopped smiling or engaging with the patrons. The bar area was so clean and organized. (That wins then double 5 stars). The staff kept the tables clean, they were right there to pick up glasses and make sure it was tidy. The DJ kniws how to read the room??he had us dancing the night away!! The crowd was amazing, very diverse and everyone was friendly and gave nothing but chill vibes.

“Went here for the first time last night. Made a reservation at 8pm for a date night with my wife and had another couple with us. They got us all set up, explained how it worked and how we should throw the axes. It definitely was more difficult than you would think. Our reservation was for an hour and about 40 minutes in I asked the young lady working there if we could add more time. She said that there were other reservations coming in at 9 to use our spot but if other spots opened up, which they probably would, then we could play there. We were like cool. She tried to get our axe about 5 minutes before the hour was up but my wife wasn’t having that so we threw till 9 on the dot. Afterwards we asked about more time again and she said to go to the front and we will try and get you in. We went to the front desk were a young man helped us and said he should be able to get us in but there were a couple of walk-ins that came in and we’re waiting. We were like well we had a reservation and want to add time does that not give us priority? Some places like bowling allow this so we asked. He got in one of the walk-ins ahead of us then said we could have one. Now it’s about 910 and he asked if we wanted 30 minutes or an hour. We asked what the prices difference was. He said it’s $15 per person for 30 minutes and $25 per person for an hour. The better deal was for an hour so we said an hour. He charged us then took us to our lane. It’s around 915 now. At 10 o’clock he came around and said times up. My wife and looked at out watches and said it’s only been about 45 minutes. He said he was sorry but they close at 10. Naturally we were like but you charged us for an hour and only gave us 45 minutes. Again, he said he was sorry but that they were closing. He said they could give us a credit for next time. We did not accept. We just told him that if you knew you weren’t going to be open for an hour you can’t charge people for an hour and then offer a credit. We were pretty disappointed by this and why I only gave 3 stars. Overall we all had a very good time, but employees need to know when they close and let people know, hey we only have 45 minutes till we close. I can do $15 for 30 minutes or $20 for 45 but do not charge people for an hour when you close in 45. It’s bad business I would go back however and just keep track of the time myself. It was a lot of fun“

“A new addition near Costco at Hamner and the food quality doesn’t disappoint. The food was great, Curry optimally thick and tasty, The fried rice had enough taste and all freshly prepared. Would come here more often and the service staff was super organized though the place was crowded for a Friday afternoon“
