The service was great and our waiter was in good spirit which is rare and understandable during the holidays. We eneded up getting a nice view too!”

It had beans, rice, potatoes and squash. My buddy ordered the chilaquiles and found them to be quite delicious.

It was so delicious that ate the whole thing. I loved everything about this restaurant, definitely will come back again with my family.”

“We’ve been getting cakes at this place for around 4-6 years I believe. The cakes have always been moist, soft, and extremely delicious/flavorful. A birthday cake we got of chocolate w/ strawberry filling tasted amazing but a bit dry (that was the only time that happened). We love that the frostings aren’t so sugary to the point that it’s obnoxious. It’s just perfectly balanced. My favs are the fruit tarts & vanilla cake w/mixed fruit filling. We have tasted the vanilla w/ mango cake and it’s phenomenal!! We recently tried the cream and custard puffs & they were light and creamy, 10/10 recommend. We have bought cakes here for dinner gatherings with friends & they’ve enjoyed the cakes too, always asking where we buy them. It’s true that the bakery “appearance wise” would appreciate a nice upkeep since it looks a bit old fashioned/worn out but it’s always clean and organized so it doesn’t bother us. It’s honestly a gem hidden in Montebello :)

All the girls at the Montebello location are so nice. They get the orders out quick. I probably won't go to another location after have a horrible experience i had at the covina location. The short Asian looking girl was extremely rude and called me a liar about no aloe being put in my drink. So now I just stick to the Montebello location. The staff in Montebello are Awesome!”

“Looking for a quick lunch my buddy and I dropped by this spot on the way home from the gym.

I got the soup of the day and was recomended a gyro by Nick himself. My buddy got burger and fries. Everything was seasoned excellently and with attention to detail.

The soup hit the spot and the gyro filled me up and when we were just about finished with our meal Nick's wife brought us some lemon cake she baked herself it was awesome.

If you're in Montebello looking for some Greek food I highly suggest checking them out.

Parking: They have a lot with about 10 parking spots and the streets near by have free parking too.”

“I first visited this place five years ago, and it was amazing—one of my favorite taco spots in L.A. I’d been wanting to try it again, and recently, while visiting SoCal, I had the chance to stop by. While it’s still pretty good, it doesn’t quite feel like it used to. The tacos are smaller now, as is the trend with most places in L.A. I’m not sure what happened, but I’m guessing one of the main tortilla distributors started making them smaller, promoting it as a selling point so that trucks don’t have to use as much meat and ingredients. What surprised me here, though, is that the tortillas are handmade and yet they started making them smaller. I still enjoy them—they really are the closest thing to a Tijuana-style taco. The flavor is excellent, and the guacamole is fantastic! All in all, it is still worth it to make the drive because where else can you get handmade tortillas and thick, gloppy guac? Here!”

Plates i frequently have are shrimp rolls, soup dumplings, house fried rice, house chow mein, three delights, kung pao chicken, mongolian beef, honey walnut shrimp, egg flower soup and hot & sour soup. Sometimes i do have to ask for a waiter for a refill or more steamed rice but i'm used to it. The staff are great people omce you get to know them. They all deserve good tips especially with the affordable cost of their large portions.”

-Sushi:
We ordered yellowtail, albacore, and salmon sushi and they were unbelievably fresh, with each bite melting like butter. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and my boyfriend especially loved their salmon.

-Calamari Tempura:
It was crispy, and cooked to perfection. It came with a refreshing salad, and the house-made dressing added a burst of flavor that tied it all together.

- Baked Lobster Roll:One of my favorites! It was perfectly balanced and full of rich, satisfying flavors.
- Aloha Roll:A must try!, with just the right amount of spiciness, making each bite extra enjoyable.
- Salmon Roll:This roll was also incredibly fresh, with every bite bursting with flavor. I couldn’t recall the exact name because I was too busy savoring every mouthful!
- Monster Roll:It was packed with bold flavors and had the perfect harmony—absolutely delicious.

I was craving some pizza and wings but haven’t found the best pizza spot to have like a go to spot to order from… I think it’s safe to say, this spot will be my go to moving forward. I ordered two personal pizzas and they had the perfect crust. I also ordered 24 wings, extra crispy and they’re actual big wings unlike some spots where it feels like the just gave you all bone no meat lol, the skin crispy but not dry, still saucy. I got Mild, Garlic Parm, Honey BBQ, and Lemon Pepper recommend all these flavors. I wish I would’ve taken photos to show but devoured all the food before I thought about it. Also big plus, they gave wet napkins in the little bag with regular napkins and parm/peppers without having to ask 🙌🏽”

“This place was popping. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their cannoli Amy’s delight cake slice, and of course snoopy sugar cookie. This was my first time having a cannoli and it had a soft shell and was filled with plenty of thick a bit citrusy cream and crunchy chocolate chips. Eh. The cake slice was MASSIVE and had layers of fluffy, delicate, not dry white and chocolate cake, a thin layer of silky custard, plenty of not too sweet whipped creamy icing, fresh strawberries and bananas that added a nice fruity pop and was surrounded by some roasty toasty crunchy almonds. The snoopy sugary cookie was SUPER CUTE, had a yummy, fun, not too sweet, crunchy icing and buttery not dry cookie. Lowkey obviously my fave thing. Overall this place is pretty good.
