“Looking for a quick lunch my buddy and I dropped by this spot on the way home from the gym.

I got the soup of the day and was recomended a gyro by Nick himself. My buddy got burger and fries. Everything was seasoned excellently and with attention to detail.

The soup hit the spot and the gyro filled me up and when we were just about finished with our meal Nick's wife brought us some lemon cake she baked herself it was awesome.

If you're in Montebello looking for some Greek food I highly suggest checking them out.

Parking: They have a lot with about 10 parking spots and the streets near by have free parking too.“

“Ordered pick-up because my mom loves Mediterranean food and this place was near the hospital she was staying at. They had the food ready by the time I walked down from the hospital room to my car. The order was put together and ready by the time I got there. The person who welcomed me was super nice and patient with me. It took me 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes to drive back to the hospital, and the food was still warm. My mom enjoyed the wrap and the ice cream. I think this meal was the most she had eaten during her entire stay in the hospital. We will 100% be eating here again!“

“I’ve been coming here for years for the beef plate beef kebab. The food is great. The salad is also top-notch as well as the nice air conditioning dining area for those hot days. If you want you could even sit outside in the patio either way it’s an all-around good experience and a good place to eat good healthy food“

“My father was a major foodie and was always out finding new places to go and food to try. Always eating what he wasn't supposed to lol. He brought us for breakfast one day and we havent stopped going.

The staff is very hospitable in a latin family way. My son and I are familiar faces and always are treated with the most kind smiles and warmest welcomes. I suggest this place 100%. They do close at 4, so make it for breakfast or and early lunch. Street parking only, it is in a residential area so it can be tricky. Sadly, the homeless take up alot of the sidewalk where there is parking. You may have to walk a bit.“

The place is located in a a cute little building (missed it on the first drive-by) with a mini garden to sit outside at one of four tables. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, cleanly presented. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked how people use their "power of word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all time favourite​ restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French​ place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers​ boxed to take home? As a dog owner,​ I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "you give over-salted food to your dog? Anyone with a bit of brain understands this is a horrible idea...​ I hope you agree. So If I had the say on this portal, I would offer just to see ratings of my friends. So I would see what the ratings were by like-minded people. Sadly, I have no say. I try not to compare apples with oranges. A place like this simply does not compare to "The Ritz". At first,​ I assume that a restaurant is clean, they do not greet you with a gun - and they deliver whatever they promise. I do not give stars for things that are expected. In my rating scheme, three or more stars are awarded if they actually exceeded my expectation. Four, if I am sure I will come back. “So this place was a random stop in for some lunch on a Saturday early afternoon about 11:30 am. It wasn’t crowded but really clean place. The parking is pretty small with some 15 minute limit right in front. We ordered the chicken plate that came with 2 chicken kabobs with rice or fries, tomatoes, onions and a side salad for about $17. We asked to split the order and Angel, the staff member, was kind and friendly to accommodate us. The food was delicious and enough for each of us. We also got the strawberry, pomegranate and dragon fruit drink which was nice and fresh. There was not wait ordering and we received our food almost immediately. We then decided to try the Dubi chocolate yogurt dessert which was so tasty 😋. This is definitely a place we’ll be revisiting!!“
