Service was accommodating but communication was difficult as only a few could understand English.

Capital Seafood was recommended to me by a friend who grew up in the SGV area and immediately told me to go here!
We showed up on a Sunday at 930am and there were ample seats. It started to get packed around 10:00am but still were seats available as it is a huge dining area.
